Insurance Information:
For clients with behavioral health insurance coverage; prior authorization may be required (and authorization number provided when setting an appointment.)
Usually, a co-payment is due at the time of service (normally between $10 -$25 per visit.) Dr. Cherry is contracted with several insurance companies including Aetna, Anthem, Cigna, Value Options, Blue Shield, Horizon Health, and Tricare.
For private-paying clients, the fee per session is $150. Motivated clients with financial hardship can discuss temporary accommodations during the initial consultation. One free session is offered when a package of six sessions is pre-paid.
Telephone and Skype consultations are also available.
Employee Assistance Programs through your place of employment offer 3-8 sessions at no charge to the client. After that, payments may be charged through mental health benefits.
